"She never promised me a miracle, she just helped me to help myself"

About: Inclusion Matters Wirral

(as the patient),

It was a long wait, there were times before my treatment where I felt desperate and was hanging by a thread. Once I started my treatment I felt that there was light at the end of the tunnel. I wonder how many people don’t make the wait.

Kate was brilliant! Kind, understanding and always pleasant. She helped me to put things in perspective, face reality, accept change and get rid of negative visions. She never promised me a miracle, she just helped me to help myself: )

Dear Label 373

I'm sorry that your wait for treatment had such a severe impact on you. We are working closely with local commissioners to address the staffing problem in order to allievate the long waits that people are currently experiencing.

I am however delighted that you have found your treatment so helpful.

We wish you well for the future.
