"Day Case Laparoscopy and hysteroscopy"

I was extremely anxious about having my first General Anaesthetic however from the moment I stepped foot in the building the professionalism and kindness of each and every member of staff that I came across was amazing. They were kind, caring and compassionate and answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease. It all went smoothly and being able to see the consultant a few hours afterwards to briefly discuss what he found was good as otherwise I would have spent 2 weeks worrying prior to attending a post op appointment.. The care afterwards was brilliant too even down to being phoned at home the next day by the sister to check that I was recovering. I would highly recommend the Winfield to friends and family - I am an NHS patient and I feel very privileged to have been able to go to the Winfield. I thank the doctor and his excellent team and all the hard work that everyone puts in to giving great patient care and thus patient satisfaction. I also thank the nurse who was so kind and reassuring and whom I felt completely safe within her care. Thank You All xx
