"Outstanding care!"

About: Queen's Hospital, Burton Upon Trent

My daughter was taken to A and E after experiencing severe chest pain, breathlessness and cold, clammy skin. After various tests she was admitted to Critical Care and spent 11 days on a ventilator. During that time, the care she was given was outstanding and life saving! We, her family, were consulted and informed every step of the way. To all of the consultants, doctors, nurses, everyone, words will never express our gratitude! What an amazing group of people work in that department! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Dear Carol Thank you for posting your positive comments regarding your daughter’s care at Queen’s Hospital Burton. Our staff work very hard to provide high standards of care and it is always encouraging for them when these efforts are recognised. Your comments have been passed on and will be much appreciated by all the staff who have been involved with your daughter’s care. We hope that she is progressing well with her recovery. On their behalf, thank you Kind regards PALS team
