Being told there is plenty of support and help available for my daughter's allergies was a relief when I was told..only to be let down constantly wkth the lack of communication within the hospital departments. Was told an urgent referral had been done, when I rang to chase this up it couldn't be found on the system and when it has been after 2 days of chasing it up there are no appointments until the end of jan 15!!! Urgent for a 4 month old baby I do not think so utter disgrace this hospital and very unhelpful was told I would get a call from a dietician 2 days in a row still waiting 2 weeks later !!! Certainly would not reccomend. No support and feeling extremely let down and my daughters health is their last concern!! Disgusted.
