"Rude and incompetent staff"

About: Vale Community Hospital

It took two receptionists 15 minutes to complete a simple booking in process, then found during the appointment that some of the information had been entered incorrectly anyway. The nurse who treated me was rude, insulting and dismissive. My problem wasn't resolved.
