From my first appointment at the Doncaster Royal Infirmary E.N.T, I was treated with respect and friendliness. Everyone was so pleasant and reassuring. Even though I was only in hospital for one night, nothing was too much trouble and all the nurses were really caring. I must point out that the few student nurses on duty were really professional and kind. When I came back to the clinic a week later, Louise, the nurse who took my stitches out, was very friendly and answered a lot of my questions, which made me feel more confident.
Even though my treatment hasn't finished yet, I'm confident that everything will be fine.
