About: Basildon University Hospital

I was admitted to Basildon A&E via Ambulance on the 15th October, 2014 following accidental substance over dose and cant thank the Doctors and Nurses enough for their excellent standard of care. What would we do without the NHS and all the dedicated staff . Thank you so much. John
