"Visited accident and emergency"

About: North Manchester General Hospital

Visited A and E with my partiality deaf parent the nurse in triage called his name from her office which I could hardly hear with good hearing and she shouted the name and we didn't know where she was. I think the more polite way would have been to get off her chair in the office and shout his name where we could have heard her and see where she was located. I was then not happy with the doctors attitude did not say what blood tests he was doing, kept the curtain half open while he was naked from the waist down and I had to stand my ground to get him to do what investigations needed to help my dad. If in my busy life I can find time to write a letter of complaint I will to much of this attitude sadly exits.
