"Disgraceful Urology department"

My father has an appointment at this Urology department for a personal issue which is important in terms of quality of life . Out of the blue he received a letter cancelling this appointment delaying it for around two months without reason ,or at least they gave us no valid reason . My father then finally attended this appointment and he was then given another for around two months later . Now , again out of the blue and without apparent reason he has received another letter telling him this appointment has now been cancelled and he will receive another when they get round to it . So we assume this will be another two months or so delay . This may not sound too bad to some people but the fact is ( and they know this ) my father has an incurable form of cancer and may not be around for another few months while the hospital decision makers play with peoples lives like this . I really think Sunderland royal hospital urology dept is disgraceful .
