Was at Royal Bolton Hospital for surgery this morning. Excellent service received. All staff were efficient, friendly and took care of my needs. Everyone was personable and appeared interested in ensuring that I felt comfortable at all times. I visited SARC, F4, anaesthetic and surgery and could not fault any one of them. Special thanks to F4 nurses and anaesthetic team. Having moved quite a few times over the UK I can honestly say that this was the best hospital service I have received personally or when with family. I do hope this feedback gets passed on to the front line staff as I am aware that it is common to receive complaints when working in the health field but that compliments are just as important.
