"The friendliness and professionalsm of Goole..."

Although my appointment was only for a day surgery appointment my experience with the staff at Goole is something that I would like to comment on. Firstly the professional manner with which the staff on the unit displayed put me at ease straight away,they gave me the correct level of information to help with my concerns. I would also like to comment on the level of empathy given to me was heart warming and reminded me of the traditional values of nursing. Keep up the good work
