"Amazing Help & Support after our Daughters Diagnosis"

I can only sing the praises of the Phoenix Centre in Bromley in particular the Physio and OT Department who have helped us every step of the way since our daughter was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. It has been a very emotional time and a giant learning curve which would have been so much harder without our wonderful Physio Helen Farmer and her team along with Alex Kruczynska our OT and her team and also the Community Nursing Team. They have all provided much needed support to us as a family, therapy and care for our daughter and wherever possible helped us to source the equipment we needed, as well as training us to use it. They have also provided a seamless transition for our daughter into her school placement. Bromley Health Service you have some wonderful people working for you, please appreciate them as much as we do!

The Phoenix Centre works so well as it is all under one roof and one service can refer you to another for whatever assistance you need. They all know each other. It is a great, friendly and vital Centre that provides essential services to some very complicated children. Bromley Healthcare - please take note, this is how it should be and it works! ! Please please don't change this! As a parent of a child with many areas of special needs, it makes so much sense not to be driving all over the place to different locations for different therapy appointments, collecting equipment and medical supplies. I know how this feels having experienced Kent's services which do not compare favorably at all.
