"Worst service I have ever received in a hospital"

Firstly we had to wait of 1.5 hours to be seen even though we had an appointment, staff completely did not acknowledge any patients, there was inadequate seating with older people and sick children having to stand while waiting. This is what our NHS has come to. I pay my taxes and I deserve a better level of service absolutely rubbish
