I would like to thank everyone in the ENT department. Without exception my experience was (almost) a pleasure! Thank you to the Dr for the beautiful work you did. The consideration you showed was much appreciated. Only the most necessary area of hair was shaved and the scar will be completely unnoticeable. For me this care meant a great deal. All the staff in the operating suite were very reassuring and kind and I especially liked the anaesthetist!
