Just have to say a big thank you to the staff that treated me this week both in the alpha suite (angioplasty) and the follow up recovery in Wivenhoe ward. When a team is working well it shows and it makes such a difference! The skill of the surgical staff was re-assuring, but the nursing staff in the Alpha suite where just amazing, manners skill and conduct (not to mention pleasant conversation) was “beyond the call”.
