"Children's middle ear surgery"

My daughter had a 2nd look CAT + ossiculoplasty operation on 15th October. From the minute we arrived on Shipwreck ward, to the following day when we were discharged, my daughter received excellent care. Everything was explained to us and we were made to feel at ease about the whole procedure. Our special thanks to the surgeon (& his team), the anaesthetist (who was wonderful, but I am so sorry I don't remember your name!) and our lovely dedicated nurse, on Shipwreck ward. The nurse was new to the role, however was both professional and very caring with our daughter. Any staff I came into contact with were fantastic and made our hospital experience a good one, so praise indeed for the NHS - thank you to all!
