"Day surgery"

I drove my adult daughter to the hospital for day surgery, we are not local so I expected to be able to wait with my daughter until she went in for her operation when I could then go off for a walk etc, the staff looked at me like I was some sort of idiot and I was sent off like a naughty child. Very rude and unfriendly staff and not at all understanding which upset my daughter. Would not recommend This review site asks for the department but doesn't actually list it!
