I was very happy with the way staff treated me. I was not kept waiting and this particular part of hospital seemed very well orgaised ( the new treatment centre ) one thing I did notice there was bits paper around the floor and there was two cones marked wet floor which were dirty around base. But generaly pleased with everything else rjg
