"Excellent orthopaedics department and Birch Ward"

Fantastic service for day case shoulder procedure. Everyone was pleasant and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. All the staff I met appeared to enjoy their jobs - so different from other hospitals I have visited. Operation was on a Saturday as I had been transferred from Bedford because of their long wait list. Brilliant food, healthy,tasty and nicely presented. I have no criticisms and can't stop telling everyone how well I was treated! Well done and keep up the good work. Thank you!
