Many thanks for your feedback about your visit to A&E and we are glad to hear that the nurses and doctor provided you with a positive experience. We are sorry, however, that it was a less than positive experience in the A&E X-ray unit. Without knowing the date of your attendance it is difficult to address this specifically with the member of staff concerned as number of radiographers rotate through the Emergency Department. The Radiology Services Manager will ensure your comments are fed back to the whole team and that staff are reminded of the need for a caring and compassionate manner at all times.
