"Appalling"

About: Luton & Dunstable Hospital

I had spinal surgery on the 22 September 2014, the admission process was appalling. The way my next of kin was treated was appalling. My surgeon said he would follow up my surgery 6 weeks later. I have been trying for the last week to speak to his secretary. I was told by the PALS lady that his clinic was fully booked until Jan 2015 - 16 weeks. The whole process has been shambolic. No one seems to care.
