I visited the hospital 3 times to see a physio. Not great but ok. I did not see great results and I had flare ups quite often but this is how things work so I decided to give more time and see how things go. On my forth appointment I was 10 min late. Reason was there was an accident and bus was running late ( I had to wait for the bus for half an hour and then the bus was full and did not stop so I had to wait for the next one!). Here I need to mention that this is the only way to get to the hospital from my place or walk for 40 min. As I had a procedure the week before I was not able to walk that distance so effectively I did not have a choice than the bus. When I arrived the receptionist said that I was late (also I had to wait another 5 min for the receptionist) and she did not know if the physio will see me. Receptionist was polite enough to ring her and not only she refused to see me she refused to talk to me on the phone. That's not professionalism. Forgot to mention that I was always on time and had to wait for her 10-15 min every time. After that I was given an appointment a month later!
