I was recently called back for further investigations following a mammogram. From start to finish, without exception, the care I received in the breast care unit was excellent. I am a nurse myself so have very high expectations and these were met completely. All the staff were very friendly, every step was explained in full and they were constantly trying to put me at ease. The unit is run with great efficiency & on my 3 visits I was seen promptly with any delays being fully explained. The consultant also was very friendly, approachable & reassuring. Fortunately for me the news was good but if I ever get called back again I would feel perfectly happy to attend & know that I was going to receive the best care. Thank you so much
