"Out of Hours GP Service"

On Sunday 19 October I had occasion to use the 111 telephone service as I was experiencing some chest pains. My call was dealt with sypathetically and professionally and an appointment was made for me with the out of hours GP service at Malvern Community Hospital. On arrival, I was seen by the GP within 5 minutes. He referred me for an ECG which was carried out quickly and efficiently by the nurses in the MIU. I then saw the GP again and was cleared of any serious issues and was on my way home again within 30 minutes of my arrival. I cannot fault the level of service provided by both the telephone service and Malvern Community Hospital, A big 'well done' to all concerned.
