i was admitted to Wansbeck through A&E. The staff worked very well together. I was treat with respect and dignity. Staff were professionall and explained what was happening. Same professionalism through X-ray then to MAU. All members of staff whatever their role were friendly and helpful. On leaving to come home my treatment and follow up was explained clearly. Well done Wansbeck.
