About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I spoke to my GP and he asked for a referral. TRAQS booked me in to Nuffield, Wolverhampton for the 24th September. A few days later Nuffield cancelled. I spoke to TRAQS and that same day I was referred to Rowley Hospital, Stafford, my op is provisional for 1st week in January 2015 very good, very pleased. Thank you

I am sorry that your appointment at Nuffield was cancelled but I am very pleased to note that we were able to arrange an appointment for you to be seen at Rowley Hall and that you have a provisional date for your operation.
