"Great customer service!"

Considering all the constant very bad press about being able to make an appointment to see a doctor, I found myself in this position and want to share my experience.

Having visited the Nurse Practitioner last Friday she advised me to call the surgery on Monday and to arrange to see one of the doctors if there was no improvement. As there was sadly no improvement I called the surgery when they opened at 8: 00am on Monday and a very efficient receptionist immediately booked an appointment for me to see a doctor at 9: 00am (just 1 hour later)! !

I have to say I was very impressed with this service and would like to congratulate Oaklands Health Centre for running such an efficient and professional practice without the 'traditional brick wall approach'.
