"arrogant staff members"

when I was admitted the nurse looking after me was lovely, after my operation I was met by a most nasty member of staff who was horrible I was still very groggy from my operation and was asking what was going to happen next as I said the staff member was horrible and refused to give me any information and was told to sit and be quiet. I told her that I would make an official complaint about her which I never did but to my amazement she complained about me and the powers that be decided I was wrong with out even taking my account of the situation. I would like to say the hospital carry out fantastic work but those in suits have no respect for patients .(good luck)
