"Utterly pointless!"

In a time I needed urgent care from a Friday evening because my gp surgery wouldn't be open again till Monday morning. It took me all weekend to get anywhere so by Sunday night I gave up, knowing that it would be quicker to wait for my gp surgery to reopen! Doctor was useless and kept writing out prescriptions that couldn't be processed. Useless!

Thank you for your comments. I am sorry to read about the experience that you had within the Urgent Care and Out of Hours Service. We have implemented more robust prescription systems to prevent this happening again Debbie Maxted Regional Manager Urgent Care - The Hurley Group
