About: Boston Urgent Treatment Centre / Out of hours service

My son needed an out of hours gp. Rang 111 and they agreed that we needed to go to Pilgrim. Really quick service to see the gp. Couldnt fault what so ever.. People including me are quick to complain but I do like to praise when we are happy.. Well done 111 and Pilgrim A&E. Thanks

Dear Mark

Thank you leaving such positive comments. The Out of Hours service is ran by Lincolnshire Community Healthcare Services not our Trust and I have therefore alerted them of your comments to pass on to the staff as patients attending OOH dont see our A&E staff apart from our receptionists.
