"First visits"

I am new to the area and attended audiology appointments twice. I was treated with courtesy and efficiency. I arrived on time and was not kept waiting for an unreasonable period. My opinions were sought and considered and I was impressed with the testing equipment used. I would be happy to return and my first impressions were completely positive. However, this was only one area and I had no contact with any nursing or surgical staff.
