"Very disappointed with the care he's not received"

About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as a relative),

My grandson has been referred by doctor for eye site problems. You sent an appointment, then called and said it would have to be in Cromer. His mum can't get him there so now he's has been waiting for almost 6 weeks. His education will continue to suffer until this is sorted. Very disappointed with the care he's not received.

Think it's disgraceful.
