Placed on a 2 week pathway, at a time when you are stressed and fearful, to constantly have to chase for appointments and results is an extra pressure that is not helpful. I complained to PALS 4 times, who never respond after the intial taking of the complaint. Poor care, poor communication and feeling very let down!
