"Thank you to the endoscopy unit"

Thank you very much to the endoscopy unit, in the Queen Mother Wing, St Mary’s. I attended for investigations y this week. I was very impressed and happy and relieved to find such excellence, in terms of professionalism and also the kind, warmth from the staff. I include the reception staff, nurses and doctors. I felt taken care of and that my way was smoothed through the inevitably, anxiety ridden, preparation and process. I appreciated the brief focused sit down with the nurse before leaving to go through the results so far. As one feels a bit wobbly still at this point it is very helpful to have a summary and the opportunity to ask questions.
