About: Samuel Johnson Community Hospital

took my wife to samuel johnson on 6th Oct 2014. !st time at this hospital. Paid £2 for two hours, on site for 1hr 7mins, ticket displayed in screen all of time. just received a parking fine from a company called parkingeye! What was a stressful day/time has now become even more stressful, what is all this about? Apparently I have to appeal? so I do not incur a charge of £70 although I have already paid the appropriate fee.

Dear Reviewer Thank you for taking the time to post your comments to the NHS Choices Website. We are sorry to read that you have received a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) regarding your visit to Samuel Johnson Community Hospital. Appealing the PCN is the correct route to take, there may be a number of reasons that the PCN has been issued. If you wish to contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) we will be more than happy to investigate this further. Please contact us on 01283 593110, office hours are: 9.00am – 4.30pm, Monday – Friday. Many thanks PALS Office
