my wife was supposed to be treated at redwood and stay in one of the 2 wards in the department. when we arrived we were sent down the building to another admissions department only to find out they had lost her notes, she was in for an operation which did not take place because they did not have the correct equipment to carry out the procedure which they had reffered her to have, they just examined her as they did prior. (laparoscopy) she has taken time off work and where she is self employed it has cost us money. she was left in recovery for an extended period because of the lack of ward space and they have now referred her back to the same gynacologist that lost her medical notes. I am not happy with the patient care and will be making a formal complaint.
