I would like to thank all the Emergency Department staff who provided me with excellent medical care when I was admitted with what turned out to be viral meningitis early on the morning of the 4th October 2014. Dear Una Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback regarding your recent visit to the Emergency Department. I am so sorry to hear that you were diagnosed with Viral Meningitis and it must have been a very worrying time for you and your partner. I am pleased to hear that you and your partner were treated so well during your time in the department and I sincerely hope that you make a quick recovery and suffer no longer term effects.
