"Grateful for all the help and care on Swinley ward"

About: Royal Albert Edward Infirmary / General surgery

(as the patient),

I have just been discharged after 8 weeks on swinley ward. The staff on this ward are always so friendly and are always willing to go the extra mile for each patient. I have mental health needs as well and the staff did their best to accommodate all of my needs. the staff are very professional and always have time to explain everything through to the patients and have always got time to speak to patients and put them at ease. The ward is always spotless and even my visitors who had relatives on other wards, commented on the cleanliness of the ward. Your every single need and more is met on swinley ward and even the management staff, especially mel milroy are always there to speak to patients and are very active members of staff on the ward, nothing is too much for anyone of the staff on the ward and I will always be grateful for all the help and care I received from all the staff on this ward.
