"Visit to A&E"

I visiting A&E this evening having sustained an injury running a marathon a few days ago. The receptionist was extremely helpful and good humoured on what was a clearly busy day in UCH. She was able to be clear about the process and the potential waiting times. My whole visit took less than an hour including two discussions with a doctor and x rays being taken. All of the staff I came into contact with were quick, efficient and helpful. The doctor allowed me the opportunity to decide on the best course of action for treatment and made me feel reassured about my injury. Fantastic treatment - not for the first time at UCH.
