"They made the whole experience less stressful than anticipated"

About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as the patient),

I recently attended the above department for an investigation. I was seen on time.

All the staff in the department were welcoming, helpful, kind and cheerful which made the whole experience less stressful than anticipated. They were very attentive at all times and everything was explained to me both before and after the investigation.
