About: Victoria Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as the patient),

Last Saturday I fell dislocating my elbow and fracturing my arm.

On arrival at A and E, I was assessed within 10mins in triage, immediately treated by doctors, analgesia given, x-rayed, elbow manipulated, cast applied, re x-rayed and discharged.

At every stage I was treated very efficiently by very polite, friendly, caring staff.

I am very grateful to them all for the speed that worked to ease my pain.

OUCH!

Dislocations are notoriously painful and so it was good to hear about the efficiency of the staff in easing the pain. Your description of "polite, friendly, caring staff" was also good to hear and I know that the staff will welcome your positive feedback which I will share.
