"The a&e receptionist"

About: Royal Preston Hospital

A&e receptionist was very rude and disrespectful to me interrogating me on why I came to the hospital when vomiting blood instead of going to my gp and then spoke over me when I tried to explain that nhs direct had directed me to go to a&e due to the fact that I was having breathing difficulties and had vomited blood numerous times. After an hour of me sitting there whilst others came and went, the same receptionist began gossiping about me to the other receptionist saying "look, there's nothing wrong with him" I am currently still sat in the waiting room as I type this struggling to breathe. Very disappointed with the level of are I have received so far.
