I was scared as I was worried about the Biopsy and what might be found. The staff treated me with respect and dignity, and did their best in a busy environment to give me time in conversation to keep me informed. The environment was spotless and everyone was courteous and friendly.

Thank you for your kind comments regarding the staff in the urology department at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital which I will pass on to the ward manager for her to share with the staff. Di Davis Patient Advice and Liaison Service Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust
