"Paramedics were very kind and clear in their treatment"

(as a relative),

On our way to the doctor’s surgery for a check-up my mum had a fall. We had to call for a paramedic to ensure my mum was OK. The paramedics who came were really thorough in checking my mother for injuries and the cause of the fall. They were very kind and clear in their treatment keeping both my mum and me informed about what they were doing and why, they were able to treat my mother’s injuries, avoiding the need to go to A&E.

It is always rewarding to hear that our staff are continuing to provide excellent care to our patients when they need us most.
