"I could not have asked for better"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / NHS 111

(as the patient),

My ribs were hurt after I’d been beaten up, I had to call 111 to get some help with the pain. The paramedic who came was very thorough, had an excellent manner and great attitude. I could not have asked for better.

Paul, the paramedic, arranged for the doctor to make a home visit, in the end my doctor was not able to come but at least Paul tried.
