"Long wait time, dismissive doctor"

About: Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital

After waiting for 60 minutes for my appointment, I was then left waiting for 30 minutes in an examination room. Eventually a Doctor entered the room. He did not introduce himself, referred to my underlying condition as "a funny issue" and told me I should manage my issues "as best you can" and dismissed me within a few minutes. This is really disappointing as at all my other visits the Doctors were understanding, took the time to understand how my condition was affecting me and talked through the options. I was left greatly upset by my treatment today.
