What I liked
My mother was taken to A&E 12/3/09 and from the paramedics to the staff in the department was treated with respect and care. She was transferred eventually to Clementine A in a room on her own because of infection. It was a pleasant room at an ideal temperature. She was very poorly and suffered from dementia the staff there again treated her so well. Sadly she passed away a week to the day of admission.
I could not praise the care enough, the staff on the ward were so kind and considerate us to us as well. Thanking all the staff on Clementine A
for your care.
What could be improved
The only problem I feel is the lack of doctors when you might want to see one.
Anything else?
The palliative care my mum received was carried out very sympathetically.
