What I liked

I had the misfortune of becoming unwell whilst on holiday at the IOW on 25 March, but was lucky enough to receive first class treatment from the night shift emergency room staff and ward staff of St. Marys Hospital.

I work in the NHS in Bristol and therefore have a little knowledge of how hospital work.

I felt the hopital had good systems of communication in place, the staff were very kind and patient with me and explained what was happening and what they were doing and why. There was plenty of room on the ward for patients, staff and visitors and the cleanliness was noticeably very good.

A very big thank you to all staff that helped make me feel better. I hope my thanks can be passed on to all those involved in my care.
