"Delivery suite"

About: Leicester General Hospital

would like to thank a particular midwife for caring for my daughter and delivering my first granddaughter, on 09/10/14 in the Primrose room. They were caring, compassionate, funny, and firm when required. it is a great skill to read a person and to know just the right time to apply those traits, we are so pleased the baby was born safely just before her shift ended.

Dear reviewer, Thank you very much for sharing your birthing experience at the General with us. We have shared your lovely comments with the head of midwifery and senior midwife, so they can share this with the wider team. We are delighted your daughter (and grandaughter) were so well cared for. In fact, why dont you nominate the midwife for a Caring at its Best award? You can do this online at http://www.leicestershospitals.nhs.uk/aboutus/our-purpose-strategy-and-values/caring-at-its-best-awards/public-nomination-form/ Best wishes Communications Team Leicester's Hospitals
