Relative went into diabetic coma and had serious head injury. Everything from emergency ambulance response to A&E was excellent - quick, professional and caring. People sometimes criticise NHS but in real emergency situation, this was literally life-saving and thanks to all involved from both ambulance service and Sunderland Royal Hospital.
